1946 - 2011
Jim Broady had spent the majority of his life involved with aviation.
Jim was a commercial pilot, transporting people and various types of cargo throughout the Alaskan bush, and North America.
Jim was a certified aircraft and power plant mechanic, and he also held an inspector authorization. With his experience, and his very strong engineering background, he had been instrumental in the retrieval, recovery, salvage and restoration of many aircraft from the most difficult terrain and conditions in North America. Many restoration projects of antique, utility and war bird types of aircraft have been completed in Jim's shop in Alaska, and Florida.
