1939 - 2012
Bill English had been a friend and associate of Chuck Mosely for over 34 years. He was a retired Navy Chief Metalsmith, and had been in aviation maintenance for 50 years. He held an FAA Private Pilot license and an A&P license, and was a certified TIG welder.
