Bill English U.S.N. (Ret.)

Bill English has been a friend and associate of Chuck Mosely for over 34 years. He is a retired Navy Chief Metalsmith, and has been in aviation maintenance for 50 years. He holds an FAA Private Pilot license and an A&P license, and is a certified TIG welder He and his wife Marcia live in Lumberton, Texas where he maintains a machine and welding shop.
